Please indicate the number and size of chafing dishes you will require to keep your dishes warm. Maximum of two chafing dishes per table. Only two soup warmers are available that will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Recommended set-up time is 10:30am (Bazaar begins ar 12:00pm). Please do not wait until 30 minutes before the bazaar begins to set up your food booth. Please indicate what time you will start setting up so that someone will be available to issue your supplies.
