Menu Proposal

Please enter menu information below and be as detailed as possible!

Please estimate 300 small servings--people should be served a sample of your cuisine. Tickets are priced at $1.00 each, and each serving should be priced at no more than 2-4 tickets--approximately $2-$4. Keep in mind NO alcoholic beverages will be served at individual food booths. Specialty drinks that are non-alcoholic are permitted.
Please provide us with a list of the basic ingredients you will be purchasing to prepare your dishes.
Please indicate if you will need the following items. These will be provided in quantities of 250-300.

Please indicate how many of each item you will need.

Please indicate the number and size of chafing dishes you will require to keep your dishes warm. Maximum of two chafing dishes per table. Only two soup warmers are available that will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

Recommended set-up time is 10:30am (Bazaar begins ar 12:00pm). Please do not wait until 30 minutes before the bazaar begins to set up your food booth. Please indicate what time you will start setting up so that someone will be available to issue your supplies.
