Funds will be allocated on first-come, first-served basis. This means that the funding may run out before the April 30th deadline.
- Complete all sections of the Conference Funding Application below.
- Attach copies of original receipts.
- If applying for pre-approval, attach copies of price quotes - these will be used in evaluating your application but cannot be used for the reimbursement process.
- When applying for mileage, attach a Mapquest or Google map indicating total mileage.
- If you are applying for funding as a conference presenter, you must submit confirmation in the form of a conference program, registration/participation confirmation, or a letter from the conference director or planning committee.
- Students may apply for more than one conference, but funding for each separate application is not guaranteed.
The Conference Funding Committee reserves the right to request additional documentation.
