Conference Funding Application

 Funds will be allocated on  first-come, first-served basis.  This means that the funding may run out before the April 30th deadline.

  1. Complete all sections of the Conference Funding Application below.
  2. Attach copies of original receipts.
  3. If applying for pre-approval, attach copies of price quotes - these will be used in evaluating your application but cannot be used for the reimbursement process.
  4. When applying for mileage, attach a Mapquest or Google map indicating total mileage.
  5. If you are applying for funding as a conference presenter, you must submit confirmation in the form of a conference program, registration/participation confirmation, or a letter from the conference director or planning committee.
  6. Students may apply for more than one conference, but funding for each separate application is not guaranteed.

The Conference Funding Committee reserves the right to request additional documentation.
